Kathleen Doeller brings to the Director of Catering position more than 30 years experience in the hospitality industry. During this time she held top positions throughout the West Coast. Most recently, Kathleen was the Director of Sales & Marketing for Culinary Concepts, Inc., in San Diego, where she was responsible for local corporate entertaining and group business entertainment. As Director of Catering at Estancia La Jolla, Doeller will focus on catering sales, the creation and formation of the property’s service standards as well as designing both honeymoon and bridal packages.

Doeller is a graduate of Culinary Institution of America and has a BS in Psychology and MA in Training and Development from Ottawa University. Currently, she belongs to the following industry organizations: Meeting Planners International, San Diego Convention and Visitors Bureaus, Responsible Hospitality Coalition and Hospitality Sales Marketing Association International.

Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa will offer 210 luxurious rooms and a host of amenities including the Learning Retreat, indoor and outdoor pre-function areas, high-tech business center, chic-casual dining, full-service spa, fitness center, outdoor pool, and whirlpools.
